Description

Join us at Christian Brothers Services, where our mission is to support and serve the Catholic Church and its ministries across the nation. The Risk Solutions division is looking for a Member Services Coordinator. The Member Services Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Risk Solutions operations by managing accounts receivable-related customer service, coordinating division projects and mailers, supporting the SAP annual enrollment process, and responding to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Pay range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivables: monitor aging reports, issue notices, and communicate with members.
  • Coordinate divisional projects and mailers, including creating/editing fillable forms and performing mail merges.
  • Lead the SAP annual enrollment process—verify registrations, update documents, maintain accuracy standards, and file electronic records.
  • Support members via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as web registrations, monthly reports, and division support.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in accounts receivables, project support, or administrative roles
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Mail Merge, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
