CRH is seeking an Estimator Manager to oversee the estimating team responsible for non‑transactional RFQs. This role involves reviewing construction drawings, pricing, and ensuring quotes are prepared in collaboration with various functional teams.
Key responsibilities include coaching estimators, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate project costs. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory, coupled with 5 years of relevant experience in construction or bidding.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000-$105,000 and various benefits, including health insurance, 401k plan, and paid time off.
