Responsibilities include:
Schedule and coordinate service calls to available Field Service Technicians and/or route calls to the appropriate personnel
Maintain on-going communications with current clients in an appropriate and timely manner
Maintain data integrity in our E-Automate service system by completing work within the proper time-frame
Follow-up with the customer on service calls when complete by providing prompt guidance
Responsible for communication on all open and pending service calls to customer
Process defective parts repair claims when necessary
Responsible for supplies replenishment orders for our print management contracts
Verify and maintain customer contact and database information
Invoicing of Print Management Agreements & Service Agreements Responsible for handling light shipping of parts and supplies utilizing the UPS system
Experience with E-Automate, OMD, ACT and Microsoft Office software is a plus
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), email and on the phone.
Must possess a great attitude, have excellent organizational skills and time/task management skills to prioritize & make decisions
Must confidently provide work direction to field personnel and improve performance outcomes
Two to 3 years + related experience and/or training in customer service, billing or equivalent combination of education and experhfo
