Full-Time | Flexible Day Schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Location: Romeoville, IL
Compensation: $19.00–$22.00 per hour

We’re looking for a fully bilingual Customer Service Representative (English & Spanish) who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative
, you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for both English-and Spanish-speaking customers. You’ll assist with orders, answer questions, resolve concerns
, and work closely with internal teams to ensure every customer receives outstanding service.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support by phone, email, and other communication channels in both English and Spanish
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to questions regarding products, pricing, order status, and services
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Build strong relationships by delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service, customer support, or related experience preferred
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot or similar software is a plus
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound customer calls
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong computer skills and a customer-first mindset
