This Guest Experience Ambassadorisan excellent entry point for someone who wants to get hands on experience in anew car dealership environment and a pathway to long term growth. You will be one of the first people customers meet, help create a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience from the moment they arrive.

This entry level position opens the door to several career paths within the dealership for the right individual.

• Greet customers withafriendly, professional attitude as they arrive in the service drive.

• Assist customers with check-in and direct them to the appropriate service advisor or department.

• Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles, as needed.

• Helpmaintainan organized service lane, parking area, and vehicle flow.

• Support the service department with vehicle staging, errands, and general dealership tasks.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional appearance and team first mindset.

• Valid driver'slicense and clean driving record.

• Comfortable working indoors and walking throughout the day.
