Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Central region in Romeoville, IL. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, and supports our outside sales team by handling inquiries, orders, and service questions.
You will resolve issues, manage RMAs and credits in the ERP/CRM systems, and work cross-functionally to improve the customer experience. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
