Adjunct Faculty will teach classes in the Department of Engineering, Computing, and Mathematical Sciences, on an as needed basis starting Fall 2021.

• Model the University Mission through dedicated job performance, service excellence to constituencies, respectful collaboration and active support of the University’s Mission and Catholic and Lasallian higher education.
• Teach one or more in‑person classes ranging from general education mathematics courses to calculus courses.
• Availability to hold office hours and meet with other faculty members and department chairs or directors when necessary.
• Serve as a model of professionalism and act as a resource for students within the teaching‑learning environment.

Master’s degree in Mathematics or related area, committed to student‑centered teaching of undergraduate mathematics.

The ideal candidate will be a skillful and enthusiastic teacher who is strongly committed to interactive, student‑centered teaching of undergraduate mathematics in a liberal arts setting. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in pure or applied mathematics, data science, physics, mathematics education, or statistics. All areas of specialization will be considered.
