Ready to help young learners begin their educational journey on the right foot? Our organization is seeking two full-time Early Childhood Teachers to join an Illinois elementary school for the 2026–2027 school year.

These positions offer the opportunity to work with preschool students in a blended classroom environment where learning is engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate. Teachers will introduce foundational academic concepts, encourage social-emotional development, and create daily experiences that help children become confident, curious, and increasingly independent learners.

The Role:

The selected educators will plan and deliver age-appropriate instruction, facilitate hands‑on learning activities, establish positive classroom routines, and monitor student development. Collaboration with school staff will be an important part of supporting students' individual needs and creating a consistent learning experience.
