Industrial Project Manager

We're partnering with a growing engineering and manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex customer projects from concept through installation and commissioning.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll oversee multiple projects, manage customer relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and play a key role in driving project execution excellence.

• Manage projects from kickoff through completion, including schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, vendors, contractors, and customers to ensure successful execution.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support quoting, project costing, and sales activities.
• Oversee installations and project implementation.
• Mentor junior project management and engineering team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of engineering and/or project management experience.
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing technical, industrial, automation, manufacturing, or custom equipment projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Solid Works, and Microsoft Office tools.

$90-130k base
