Our FIS Card Pro LAN team is seeking a highly skilled, experienced, motivated, and dedicated Systems Administrator to work at our Romeoville, IL facility. The role involves maintaining and improving PCI‑compliant business solutions in a Windows 11 / Windows Server 2019‑2022 environment, providing 24/7/365 support for FIS Card Pro.

• Work onsite at the 1165 Arbor Drive, Romeoville, IL production facility daily.
• Monitor, support, and continuously improve PCI‑compliant business solutions in a Windows 11 / Windows Server 2019‑2022 environment, including after‑hours on‑call support on a rotating basis.
• Upgrade and patch Windows 10 / 11 workstations.
• Collaborate with FIS and Card Pro change management to schedule and implement system changes.
• Proactively remediate software and hardware vulnerabilities in accordance with FIS security standards.
• Coordinate with FIS network and firewall teams to implement changes and resolve issues.

• At least 3 years’ experience supporting a multi‑site Windows environment.
• Microsoft MTA certification (networking, security, OS / server fundamentals).
• At least 3 years’ experience supporting a LAN / WAN environment and the ability to work with network and firewall teams to resolve related issues.
• The desire to pursue continued training and certification.
• Perseverance, dedication and the desire to succeed in a challenging environment.

• Microsoft Windows server / workstation certification.
• CompTIA certification.
• Network+ or Security+ certification.
