Hellermann Tyton North America is seeking an IT Service Desk Support I to provide first-line technical support for end users in our Romeoville, IL site. Reporting to the End User Services Manager, you will help maintain IT compliance and contribute to daily operations.
Responsibilities include desktop/laptop deployment, basic mobile device support, and basic issue diagnosis with guidance. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years IT support experience and a HS diploma.
