Position: Logistics Coordination Trainee (Bilingual in Chinese)

YQN is a leading one-stop international logistics online services platform, offering comprehensive international logistics services, including FCL, LCL, air freight, rail service, trucking, customs clearance, warehousing, cargo insurance, bulk cargo service, port of destination services, etc.

We are designed to apply the internet and digital technology to visualize and optimize cross-border supply chain logistics to achieve the same efficiency and convenience as express delivery. ‘Simple shipping and easy freight’ is the mission of YQN. We have developed strategic cooperative partnerships with leading ocean carriers and logistics service providers such as COSCO Shipping, Maersk Line, Sinotrans, etc.

YQN operates over 10 large-scale warehouses across five U.S. states, totaling approximately 7 million square feet. Our trucking network is fully asset-light, with transportation capacity provided by third-party carriers and trucking vendors.

We are seeking recent graduates and early-career professionals who are interested in building a career in supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse operations to join us as Logistics Coordination Trainee.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily warehouse inbound and outbound operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Track shipment status and communicate with internal teams and external carriers.
  • Monitor inventory movements and update system records accurately.
  • Assist in resolving operational issues, shipping exceptions, and inventory discrepancies.
  • Support warehouse supervisors with daily operational planning and execution.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Warehouse, Transportation, Customer Service, and Operations.
  • Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and warehouse projects.
  • Complete management training assignments and gradually develop the ability to independently manage warehouse operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with WMS, ERP, or other logistics systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred but not required.
  • Flexible to work overtime or weekends when business needs require.
Pay

$20-23/hr, Monday to Friday
