Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Distribution Center (DC) Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at ASC Engineered Solutions. This role will be crucial to supporting the operational excellence of our distribution center, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of products while driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with our strategic objectives.
ResponsibilitiesIn this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities (Product Pass Thru, Pick, Pack, Ship, Receive, and Inventory Control) within a distribution center, ensuring that our tactics, techniques, procedures, and processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our company s mission to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Critical to Success- Understanding material flow through a DC
- Integrating the DC Ops mission with that of the Manufacturing Machine Shop
- Making autonomous decisions based on data, analytics, and process
