Work Now Staffing is looking to hire Data Entry Clerks for our Romeoville client.
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
- Compiles and records production data from such documents as customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets
- Data entry of inventory transactions, receiving stock to warehouse locations, warehouse scrap, inventory location transfers
- Process releases/closing of "C" and "M" orders for billing on shipping
- Data entry for shipping transactions
- Investigate and correct negative inventory counts
- Distribute packets and pick tickets to appropriate areas in production
- Process purchase orders for off-site purchases
- Update Electronic Open Order file
- Communicate with various departments regarding missing information or pick tickets
- Check on late production orders, initiate and process the documentation for cycle counts
- Work with Production Manager to schedule manufacturing orders
- Send inventory transaction reports to appropriate individual(s)
- Open and close manufacturing orders for repetitive cell work
- Work with production department to improve variances and efficiencies
- Maintain spreadsheet for inventory transactions and enter new department codes for manufacturing parts
- Send inventory and consignment status reports to appropriate individual(s)
- Change tape on system for daily saves
- Supplemental keying for various supervisors
- Train other employees as needed
