CNC Machinist - Vertical Mill

What You'll Do:

* Set up and run CNC Vertical Milling machines

* Perform contour milling, drilling, boring, and tapping

* Read blueprints and maintain tight tolerances

* Inspect your own work - quality is key

* Keep machines running smoothly and efficiently

What We're Looking for:

* 2+ years of CNC vertical mill setup and operation

* Solid blueprint reading skills

* Working knowledge of G & M codes

* Experience with materials such as steel, aluminum, cast iron and alloys

* High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

* Ability to physically lift/push/pull objects up to 40 lbs.

* Standard measuring tools required

Compensation and schedule:

* $22-30 per hour, based on experience

* Second shift employees receive a 10% shift differential on top of base pay

* Flexible scheduling in 24/7 operation

* Second shift employees have the option to choose between five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per week, depending on availability
