Reporting to the Manager Solutions, the Vending Machine Implementation Specialist is responsible for installing, analyzing, configuring, implementing, managing, servicing and administering vending machines to new and existing Customers.
Responsibilities- Implement vending solutions at customer locations
- Ability to understand client requirements and match client requirements to available solution functionality
- Refurbish & reconfigure in stock equipment to prepare for redeployment
- Prepares all software and hardware to be used for customer site installation, including, but not limited to ensuring all configurations of machines are correct and ensuring all data has been imported and cleaned.
- Understands various deployment options of database software and ensures these are utilized to fulfill client workflows and needs
- Completes detailed checklists and follows detailed procedures
- Prepares and provides product training for clients
- 2 years of related work experience and technical installs
- Associates degree is preferred
- Solid understanding and use of software and analytics to manipulate, analyze, and interpret data.
- Ability to develop reporting tools to streamline day to day work.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability: synthesize findings from analysis and draw conclusions.
- Skilled in problem resolution and providing best practices solutions.
- Effective at performing detail-oriented tasks, and data analysis.
- Able to identify, manage, and lead business improvement projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to manage functions across various levels.
- Ability to travel to customer sites up to 70% across the US.
- Office plus 70% travel to customer sites
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

The salary range for this position is $55,250.00 to $70,850 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job‑related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training, geographic location, additional qualifications such as licensure or certifications, market factors, and responsibilities.
