WALCO Tool & Engineering is seeking a CNC Programming Verifier to support our high-precision manufacturing team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality by verifying CNC programs and collaborating with machinists and engineers in a respectful, team-focused environment where craftsmanship still matters.
- Use CAD software to verify CNC machine code
- Analyze detailed engineering drawings for design elements
- Review standardized programming documentation based on blueprint specifications and routing sheets
- Create and evaluate solid models of parts
- Assess electronic data for accuracy, completeness and potential issues
- Collaborate with machinists and engineers to optimize performance and quality
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling applications
- Solid Works experience preferred
- Proficiency in blueprint reading
- Familiarity with G-code is a plus
- Vericut experience a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Prior machining experience is a plus
