Job Description

Electrical Tester I In this job you will be perform repetitive electrical testing preparation and testing tasks of basic complexity As an Electrical Tester I you will Visually inspect product prior to testing to detect conformance to standards

Inspect testing equipment and test boothcage for proper operation Prepare product for test by safely making the connections required for test being performed

Separate non conforming parts

Document actions by completing production and quality forms

Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures rules and regulations

Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results

Contribute to team effort by training others in performance of testing tasks as needed

Inspect all work and insure it meets requirements prior to passing it on to the next operation

We are looking for someone who Has a High School diploma GED or combination of work experience and skill development Ideally has 0 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment Is able to safely use small hand and power tools

Is able to read and interpret Drawings and Bills of Material Has basic computer skills

Is able to read instructions and understand verbal instructions in English

Lifting Demands Lift up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis floor to waist with assistance

Carry up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis up to 25 feet

PushPull more than 40 pounds on an occasional basis with assistance

Postural Demands Standing continuous

Miscellaneous Demands Griping manipulation fingering continuous

Variable handpower tool use frequent

Two person tasks using assistive devices for lifting pulling and pushing including engine stands hand trucks pallet jacks and hoists

Pay Range is typically between 2250 to 2375 per hour Please note the pay information shown above is a general guideline Pay is based upon candidate skills experience and qualifications
