The Valley View Public School District is seeking individuals to fill the position of Substitute Classified Nurse.
Job SummaryThe Substitute Classified Nurse reports to the building administrator and is responsible for completing all health duties related to the school‑age student, including identifying and serving students with disabilities. Responsibilities include providing direct services to disabled students, administering medication, consulting and assisting with specific student health needs, first aid for ill students and staff, and emergency care for staff and students.
Qualifications- Registered Nurse (RN)
- CPR training (completed)
- Spanish speaking (plus)
- Training for vision and hearing certification is a plus (if applicable)
This position is on an as‑needed basis and does not constitute a permanent position.
