The Substitute Classified Nurse reports to the building administrator and is responsible for completing all health duties related to school‑age students, identifying and serving students with disabilities, providing direct services, administering medication, consulting on specific student health needs, providing first aid and caring for ill students and staff, and delivering emergency care to staff and students.
QUALIFICATIONS- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- CPR training completed.
- Training in vision and hearing certification is a plus.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
This position is on an as‑needed basis and does not constitute a permanent position.
