Part Time Retail Sales Associate

Position Overview

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking a driven and coachable Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Romeoville, IL. The position is part-time with a base salary ranging from $32,200.00 to $42,200.00 plus commission and bonus.

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US, and have a high school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Most of the time is spent standing, walking, and moving around. The employee may lift and move objects of up to 10 pounds, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and handle display materials.
