Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - Ultra Clean to manage and grow customer accounts.

• Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customer surfaces using customized no‑touch cleaning equipment.
• Drive a customized company‑owned step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day, lifting and carrying equipment into and out of customer accounts.
• Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and proactively solving problems.
• Clean and maintain the equipment and interior of the vehicle; specific routes and customers are assigned to build rapport.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain service excellence.

• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs: active driver’s license, at least 21 years of age, DOT medical certification, and documentation of previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED, or military service.

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 - $90,000 per year, based on base salary plus earned commissions. The range reflects skill sets, experience, training, performance, and business needs.
