Location:

Romeoville, Illinois Compensation: $19.25 - $21.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) Position Summary We are seeking qualified, professional, and dependable Security Officers to support operations at a client site in Romeoville, IL. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain a professional presence while effectively utilizing technology as part of daily security operations.

Schedule & Coverage
* 24/7 coverage required
* One (1) officer on duty at all times
* Anticipated shifts: *

7am-3pm
* 3pm-11pm
* 11pm-7am

Minimum Qualifications
* Active Illinois PERC Card
* Completion of a 20-hour security training certificate
* Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
* Advanced computer and technology skills are required, including the ability to confidently use multiple software platforms and digital systems as part of daily security operations
* Physically capable of standing for extended periods
* Reliable transportation is required
* Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service

Preferred Experience
* Prior security or protective services experience
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
