Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location;
Monitor front desk activity, greet visitors, assist with access control processes, and direct guests, vendors, and/or associates in a professional manner;
Respond to incidents, concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report relevant details according to site procedures;
Support visitor management tasks such as checking identification, maintaining logs, issuing badges where applicable, and communicating front desk activity to site contacts;
Help to deter unauthorized access, policy violations, and/or disruptive behavior through attentive front desk presence and consistent application of post instructions
