Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a full‑time Warehouse Associate located on‑site in Romeoville, Illinois to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves picking, packing, inventory control, and ensuring accurate shipment of items.

• Support daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory
• Package and ship patient orders accurately and in accordance with company SOPs
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Receive and inspect inbound inventory and ensure accurate stocking of materials
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist in reconciliation processes
• Monitor supply levels during daily operations and report low stock to team leads or management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all warehouse areas
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to complete tasks and meet shipping deadlines
• Follow established workflows and operational protocols to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members to ensure a smooth workflow
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality control
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and approach problems proactively
• Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and team‑oriented mindset
• Long periods of standing, bending at waist and knee, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Hourly rate ranges from $19 to $21/hour.
