Warehouse AssociateLocation:
Romeoville, Illinois (on‑site). Full‑time availability required.
- Support daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory.
- Package and ship patient orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Receive and inspect inbound inventory and ensure accurate stocking of materials.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist in reconciliation processes.
- Monitor supply levels during daily operations and report low stock to team leads or management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across all warehouse areas.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to complete daily tasks and meet shipping deadlines.
- Follow established workflows and operational protocols to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members to ensure a smooth and coordinated workflow.
- Perform other warehouse‑related tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality control.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Willingness to learn and take direction, with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and team‑oriented mindset.
- Capable of standing for long periods, bending at the waist and knees, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Hourly rate for new hires ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, plus a competitive equity and benefits package as applicable.
Ro supports flexibility to work anywhere in the United States, while encouraging in‑person collaboration at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays for our tri‑state (NY) employees and occasional in‑person visits for others.
