Warehouse Associate II, 2nd shift - Onsite, Romeoville, IL

Warehouse Associate II reports to the Distribution Area Manager and ensures the timely receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, reagents, instruments, and equipment.

• Receive incoming shipments and prepare materials for outbound shipment.
• Pick items accurately to customer orders and verify order details.
• Restock supplies as needed and execute quality controls.
• Pack products according to standard work and compliance regulations, including hazardous and non-hazardous items.
• Audit and inspect orders prior to staging and shipping, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Escalate inventory inaccuracies to the inventory control team.
• Investigate aged and missing orders.
• Maintain compliance with local, country, and international guidelines.
• Assist in scheduling, prioritizing activities, and monitoring workflow within the distribution area.
• Support manufacturing workflow through planning, scheduling, coordinating, and reporting tasks.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior distribution and warehouse experience preferred.
• English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency required; bilingual language skills considered a plus.
• Internal applicants must not be on an active final warning and must have been in the current position for at least six months.
