Warehouse Associate – Distribution Services (Amerisource Bergen business)

Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000

Shift: Sunday 4:00pm until close & Monday–Thursday 5:00pm until close. Overtime may be required to support real‑time delivery.

Location:

1001 W Taylor Rd., Romeoville, IL

$21.40 per hour plus shift differential. Eligible for a productivity bonus paid with each paycheck. Full‑time salary range: $28,700 – $43,560 (national average).

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and investigate discrepancies.
• Operate equipment to track, monitor, and verify product distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to ensure pharmaceutical products remain safe and reduce workplace injuries.
• Verify received products against receiving documents, noting and reporting any damages or discrepancies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in warehouse or distribution operations in a fast‑paced supply chain environment.
• Experience operating RF scanning equipment.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Proficient in working within a climate‑controlled facility and in a fast‑paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Strong motivation, hard work, dependability, and excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work the listed shift hours, plus overtime as required.
• Capable of performing repetitive and manual tasks consistently.

• Lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly; product weight and size may vary.
• Walking up to 8 miles per shift (step count varies by role and shift).
• Standing for long periods.
