Responsibilities
  • Operate a reach truck to pick, replenish, and stage materials for production cells.
  • Deliver materials accurately and on time to support manufacturing flow.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy during picking and replenishment.
  • Maintain safe equipment operation and clean work areas.
  • Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and safety KPI’s.
  • Move materials between cells, following routing, delivery tickets or orders.
  • Fill orders from storage areas and warehouse stock and deliver to designated cells.
  • Operate hand truck and reach trucks to move materials and stack loaded pallets.
  • Accurately perform inventory transactions using the ERP system.
  • Communicate discrepancies, damages, or shortages to Inventory Control or Purchasing.
  • Contribute team effort by training others as needed.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and follow all OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas, aisles, racks, and staging zones.
  • Follow proper PPE guidelines and participate in safety audits or training.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing support experience.
  • 5 years of experience operating powered industrial truck (PIT) – sit down forklift, reach truck, riding electric pallet jack.
  • Experience with inbound receiving, inventory control, or internal material delivery.
  • Able to read and interpret shipping documents.
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills.
  • Understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and accountability.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to support continuous improvement.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Physical Demands

This work is classified as Medium – Heavy Physical Demand Level (PDL) by the US Dept of Labor’s Dictionary of Occupational Titles. Frequencies:
Occasional (1‑33%);
Frequent (34‑66%);
Continuous (67‑100%).

Lifting Demands
  • Lift up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis floor to waist with assistance.
  • Lift up to 40 pounds on a frequent basis floor to waist.
  • Carry up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis up to 25 feet.
  • Push/Pull up to 40 pounds on a frequent basis.
  • Push/Pull more than 40 pounds on an occasional basis with assistance.
Postural Demands
  • Lifting – frequent.
  • Variable hand/power tool use – frequent.
  • Two‑person tasks using assistive devices for lifting, pulling, and pushing including hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and hoists.
