Job Details
Shift: Sunday 3:00pm – 5:00pm, Monday through Thursday 5:00pm – 9:00pm.
Pay Rate:
Starting at $20.00 per hour with potential to increase to $25.49 based on shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.
Sign‑on Bonus: $2,000.00.
Responsibilities- Monitor temperature‑sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to preserve required conditions.
- Update warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
- Identify on‑hold, damaged, or non‑conforming materials and route them through defined handling procedures.
- Coordinate material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
- Prepare packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
- Escalate non‑standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow‑up.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification or equivalent preferred.
Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
Skills and Knowledge- Knowledge of warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
- Knowledge of temperature‑controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.
- Knowledge of packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of shipment documentation, operational record‑keeping, and transaction processing requirements.
- Knowledge of safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
- Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
- Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
- Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
- Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to work with temperature‑sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
