Overview
Package Handlers at OnTrac are part of the operations team, helping ensure a safe, efficient warehouse workflow. The role supports a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety as a top priority. This position is located at 565 S Pinnacle, Romeoville, IL 60446.
Pay and schedule details are provided below; candidates should be prepared to work in a warehouse setting and collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks.
Responsibilities- Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
- Load trucks for deliveries.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Be able to stay on your feet for long periods and work in varying temperatures in a warehouse environment.
- Regularly lift, push, pull, and move items averaging 50 lbs, occasionally up to 75 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions.
Pay: $18.90 per hour
Shift: Thursday – Saturday

Hours:
4:00 AM – 8:00 AM or End of Sort (end of required sort work and site cleanup)
Hours may vary based on business needs. End of Sort is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management.
- Time Off & Premium Pay: Eligible for Paid Sick Leave, and premium pay on select holidays in accordance with state/local regulations.
