RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Warehouse Trainer to lead hands-on training for new personnel and existing staff across RJW facilities. The role emphasizes on-the-job instruction, best practices, and continuous improvement to maintain safety and efficiency in warehouse operations.
The trainer will conduct monthly safety refreshers, coordinate with MIS on issues, and travel between buildings as needed. A high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience are required.
