Job Description & How to Apply Below
We are logistics experts who store and ship everyday products for over 1,000 customers to major retailers we all shop at.
We’ve launched three warehouses in the last three years in Mesquite and Forney with a fourth startup planned for Forney in 2027. That means team members have real opportunities to grow with us as we build up our teams.
We are driven by service excellence, continuous improvement and an ownership mindset. For our team members, that creates an environment where hard work matters, new ideas are valued and every person has the opportunity to help shape our future while sharing in the success we build together.
Make an Impact in Our Warehouse Operations What You Will Do- Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Plan, prioritize and assign daily work to align labor and equipment with volume, service commitments and customer requirements.
- Ensure all orders are picked, staged, loaded and shipped accurately, on time and in compliance with customer specifications and RJW standards.
- Oversee accurate, timely documentation and system transactions (BOLs, manifests, receipts, adjustments and other required paperwork).
- Champion a strong safety and quality culture on the dock and in the warehouse, driving continuous improvement.
- Partner with Customer Solutions/Customer Service and other supervisors to resolve issues, ensure smooth shift handoffs and deliver a consistent experience for associates and customers.
- Minimum of 3+ years of previous warehouse supervisory/managerial experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team while holding high standards for safety, accuracy, productivity and attendance.
- Experience planning labor and work assignments in a high-volume, deadline-driven operation.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS); strong overall computer and data entry skills.
- Clear and confident communication skills — able to set expectations, give feedback and partner effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and a “roll up your sleeves” approach to supporting the operation.
- $65,000 to $70,000 annual salary.
- All team members - not just a select few - are given shares in the company at no cost through our MyShare program. You will have a direct stake in our success.
- Wide ranging benefits including health, dental and vision plans, life and disability insurances, retirement savings plan, PTO/paid holidays and weekly pay.
- Career growth opportunities across our Dallas warehouse network.
