Sit-Down Forklift Operator (Night Shift)

Location:

Romeoville, IL Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM

We're seeking an experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse team in Romeoville, IL. This position is ideal for candidates with recent forklift experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment and performing occasional picking duties.

• Operate a Toyota sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
• Repeatedly get on and off the forklift throughout the shift
• Perform pallet picking and other warehouse duties using an RF scanner
• Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Minimum of 2 years of recent sit-down forklift experience (Toyota preferred) Experience using RF scanners preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (most lifts average around 30 lbs.) Reliable work history; employment gaps will be reviewed Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This facility is a 3PL warehouse supporting manufacturing packaging products, including:

• Coffee cups
• Clamshell containers
• Straws
• Plasticware
• Other food-service packaging materials

• Steel-toe shoes required
• Work shorts permitted
• No hoodies or inappropriate graphic T-shirts
• Safety glasses and safety vests provided on-site
