- This is a production-based position where your effort directly impacts your earnings. The more work you complete, the more you can make.
- Stack boxes from trailers onto wooden pallets.
- Build stable, organized pallets as you unload freight.
- Once a pallet is full, use a pallet jack to move it to the designated floor/staging area.
- Bring a new pallet back to the trailer and repeat the process.
- Work on a variety of loading and unloading assignments.
- When you’re not actively assigned to a truck, you will still be paid hourly while at work.
- Earn $550–$1,200+ per week!
- This is a production-based position with hourly pay when you are not working on a truck.
- Different trucks may have different production pay rates, giving you the opportunity to increase your weekly earnings based on your productivity.
- The more you do, the more you can make.
- Sunday – Wednesday Full-Time: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Wednesday – Saturday Full-Time: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Employees may be released earlier depending on daily workload, production goals, and completion of assigned work.

- Move pallets to and from designated staging areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow receiving and shipping policies and procedures
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
- Follow attendance and call-off procedures
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Meet or exceed production standards after training
- Work overtime when needed
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Steel-toe shoes required
- Must arrive on time and be present for all scheduled shifts
- Must be able to lift and carry 50–100 lbs.
- Must be able to perform physical work for extended periods
- Must be able to work consistently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to meet or exceed production standards after training
- Must be willing to work overtime when needed
