• Scan cartons and build pallets for shipment
• Wrap and secure completed pallets for transport
• Use forklifts unload inbound trailers and move product throughout the warehouse
• Load outbound trucks according to shipping schedules
• Operate an order picker to pull customer orders and replenish inventory
• Receive inbound shipments, verify product counts, and inspect inventory accuracy
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
• Replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement
• Move materials safely throughout the warehouse using powered equipment
• Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards
• Assist with additional warehouse functions as needed

• 1-3 years of warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
• Shipping and receiving experience required
• Experience operating warehouse equipment, including:
  Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ), Order Pickers, Experience with Turret Trucks is a plus
• Experience using RF scanners
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification
• Experience with turret trucks is a plus
