NIGHT floor supervisor

Monday–Friday | 6:00 PM–3:30 AM | $18/hr + Incentives | Potential $25/hr+
We are looking for a reliable, motivated, hands‑on Shift Supervisor to lead teams of approximately 10–15 employees in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

• Your team will unload boxes from trailers, ranging from 5–150 lbs, and build pallets. Trailers typically take 2–3 hours to complete.
• You will oversee 4–5 teams working on multiple trailers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–3:30 AM Supervisors may arrive 30–45 minutes early to prepare for the shift.

• $18/hr base pay
• Performance incentive per completed trailer
• Strong production can bring average earnings to approximately $25/hr
• Opportunity to earn additional unload pay when working directly on a trailer

• Lead and manage a team of 10–15
• Track attendance and trailer start/completion times
• Complete basic reports and documentation
• Send start/end-of-shift communications
• Conduct safety talks and observations
• Monitor productivity and address employee issues
• Step in and assist with unloading when needed

• Basic Microsoft Word & Excel skills
• Strong communication and organization
• Ability to multitask
• Positive attitude and strong leadership skills
• Comfortable handling conflict and de‑escalating situations
• Physically capable of assisting with warehouse work and boxes up to 150 lbs
