• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory control.
• Preferred certifications such as CSCP.

• Understanding of fleet operations, warehouse processes, and logistics documentation.
• Proficiency with warehouse and transportation systems for tracking and transaction processing.
• Ability to analyze operational issues, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions.
