Nursery Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursery Manager located in Romford. The Nursery Manager will oversee the daily operations and administration of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of care, managing staff, coordinating schedules and activities, implementing safeguarding policies, and fostering communication with parents. The manager will also ensure compliance with relevant regulations and support the development and education of children.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Safeguarding and Safeguarding Children practices
• Extensive experience in Nursery and Nursery Management operations
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with parents, staff, and regulatory bodies
• Proven organizational and leadership abilities
• Relevant childcare qualifications (such as Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent) are required
• First Aid certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations are advantageous
