Location: Havering
1st Fix Carpenter Required – Emerson Park 🔨
We are currently looking for an experienced 1st Fix Carpenter for a short-term project on a large residential property in Emerson Park.
This role will suit a carpenter who is confident with roof structures and can hit the ground running on a high-end job.
📍 Location

🛠️ Scope of Works
* 1st fix carpentry
* Roofing works including trusses
* Structural timber work associated with roof construction
* Working as part of a skilled site team on a large residential build
⏰ Working Hours
08:00 – 16:00
💷 Pay Rate
£220 per day
Weekly pay
📅 Duration
3–4 weeks’ work available
✅ Requirements
* Proven experience as a 1st Fix Carpenter
* Strong roofing and truss installation experience
* Own tools and PPE
* CSCS card preferred
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work to a high standard
