Position: Maintenance Lift Engineer Salary: Competitive - on experience up to £45k Working Hours: 40 hours per week Location: London Route from Essex.

• Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary package, with details to be confirmed, ensuring your hard work is appropriately rewarded.
• MINIMAL OVERTIME REQUIRED - HAVE A WORK-LIFE BALANCE
• Overtime Benefits: Enjoy generous overtime rates with a 1.5x multiplier on normal rates from Monday to Friday (17:00 - 08:00) and 2.0x multiplier on Sundays and Public Holidays, for all hours worked.
• Night Call: Be a part of our on-call rotation and benefit from a first-call rate of 1.5x your normal rate, plus additional compensation for each call after. We value your dedication!
• Standby Payments: Receive standby payments of £15.00 on weekdays, £30.00 on Saturdays, and £40.00 on Sundays & Bank Holidays. Your commitment is appreciated!

• NVQ 3 ideal not essential (training for NVQ3 is on offer)
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Lift Engineer.
• Proficiency in maintenance and repair techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills
  
  Ability to work well in a team
• Willingness to work on an on-call rotation
