Electrician

Fortus recruitment are currently recruiting for an Approved Electrician on a straight perm basis working for a leading building services and facilities management company. The salary for the role is £45,000 with a company van and fuel card supplied covering East London and Essex.

Ideal Background:

Qualified Electrician with a recognised Level 3 Electrical Qualification
Minimum 3 years' experience working as an Electrician
At least 1 years’ experience within the social housing sector is essential
Holds current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
ECS or CSCS card holder
Experienced in installation, testing, fault finding, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
Ability to complete inspection and testing works (2391 Inspection & Testing qualification desirable)
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and safe working practices
Comfortable working independently and managing workloads across multiple sites
Experience mentoring or supporting apprentices would be advantageous
Strong customer service and communication skills when working with residents, clients, and colleagues
Full clean UK driving licence essential
