ReQuire Consultancy is recruiting for a successful, award-winning family business looking to bring a new Trainee Fitter into their team.

And here's the good bit, you don't need to be an experienced fitter.

They're looking for someone practical, reliable and keen to learn. You'll work alongside experienced fitters, receive full in-house training and gradually develop the skills to become an important part of the team

This cracking business are looking for someone practical, reliable and keen to learn. You'll work alongside experienced fitters, receive full in-house training and gradually develop the skills to become an important part of the team.

You'll be out and about at customer sites across the local area, helping the team fit high-quality stone products into homes and properties.

It's a proper hands-on role loading the van, handling materials, using tools, helping prepare and complete installations and learning from experienced people around you.

There's lifting involved, early starts and plenty of teamwork, so you'll need to be comfortable getting stuck in!

You might already have experience in construction, fitting, landscaping, warehousing, manufacturing or another practical job, but you don't have to.

What matters more is that you:

• Enjoy practical, physical work
• Turn up on time and can be relied upon
• Are happy working as part of a small team
• Want to learn and develop a skill
• Are comfortable working in customers' homes
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have your own transport to get to and from work.

• £30k salary
• Monday–Friday: 7am–4pm
• Company van for travelling to jobs
• Full training and development
