The Actor, Operations, Parking/Staff role is a part-time, seasonal, on-site position based in Romulus, MI. This role combines guest-facing performance with operational support, including acting in themed scenes, interacting with guests in character, and helping maintain the atmosphere of the haunt. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with crowd flow, directing vehicles in parking areas, guiding guests through entry and exit points, and ensuring safety guidelines are followed.

The role also involves supporting event setup and breakdown, communicating clearly with team members and supervisors, and responding calmly and professionally to guest questions or concerns. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak event times is required.

• Performance skills in Acting and Drama, with the ability to stay in character and adapt to different scenes.
• Understanding of Casting processes and collaboration with directors or managers to fill performance roles.
• Familiarity with Film Production or live event production, including basic stagecraft and set awareness.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with diverse guests.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work in dark or loud environments, and follow safety protocols.
• Reliable transportation to the Romulus, MI location and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in haunted attractions, theater, live events, or hospitality is beneficial but not required.
