Coordinate between customers, U.S. Customs and Border protection and other government agencies to ensure service commitments are achieved and maintained;
Process inbound or outbound shipment documentation and maintain updates for internal/external customers;
Interface with CEVA systems to provide updates and communications for timely and compliant transactions;
Obtain release and other government agency releases and arrange receiving or delivery with accurate invoicing;
Manage pre-alerts daily to determine freight arrival and document receipt within standard time frames
