Responsibilities- Support individuals with disabilities in their homes as a Direct Support Professional/Direct Care Worker.
- Assist with a variety of daily living activities, including personal care (hygiene, basic health), and administering medication as needed.
- Complete cleaning, cooking, and shopping tasks as part of daily routines.
- Advocate and model respectful interactions with persons served and help them participate in leisure activities (at home and in the community).
- Respect the rights, dignity, property, and privacy of persons served; promote their well-being and independence.
- Be a supportive team member in a small group home setting (Adult Foster Care) with 24/7 care provided by the ASI team.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Possess a valid Michigan Driver's license.
- Excellent moral character.
