Sigma Home Care is seeking dependable Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, Personal Care Aides (PCAs), and Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one support for a client in the Westland area.

This opportunity is ideal for compassionate individuals who enjoy building meaningful relationships, providing companionship, assisting with daily activities, and helping clients maintain their independence  welcome applicants from all backgrounds and encourage individuals who enjoy conversation, activities, community outings, and providing hands-on support to apply.

Caregiver Responsibilities Provide companionship and social engagement

Assist with personal care and daily living activities

Prepare light meals and snacks

Assist with mobility and safety supervision

Help with household tasks and organization

Accompany clients on walks, errands, or recreational activities

Provide medication reminders

Document care provided during each shift

Caregiver Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older

High School Diploma or GEDValid driver's license or state-issued ID Reliable transportation

Smartphone with GPS capability

Current TB test or willingness to obtain one Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required
