Remington Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Maintain bar supplies and prepare daily requisitions;
Be familiar with different kinds of liquor, recipes, prices, proper glassware, and garnishes;
Know drink recipes, prices, and available beverages;
Handle cash accurately including discounting, MICROS system or registers, bank procedures, and tip policies;
Charge guests for drinks and ensure accurate intake of monies
