Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and aid with their immediate needs upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage storage and transportation.
• Provide directions, information, and other services to guests as requested.
• Ensure the bell stand and lobby areas remain clean and organized.
• Coordinate with the front desk and hospitality team to manage guest services efficiently.
• Handle guest queries and concerns promptly and with courtesy.
