$18.00/Hour | Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

Special Tree is seeking a Hospitality Services Team Coordinator to serve as an extension of management and a go-to resource for our Dietary, Laundry, Housekeeping, and Warehouse teams.

This is a hands-on leadership position that combines direct support in Hospitality functions with training, administrative, and quality responsibilities.

• Serve as a go-to resource and first line of support for Hospitality staff.
• Provide hands-on coverage and work alongside staff in Dietary, Laundry, Housekeeping, and Warehouse.
• Be first in line to cover unscheduled absences and staffing needs.
• Train and orient new Hospitality employees.
• Conduct routine and special audits, checklists, and quality inspections.
• Assist with administrative and technical tasks across Hospitality departments.
• Communicate assignments, expectations, and goals.
• Support the Hospitality Services Manager with daily operations and problem-solving.

• 40 hours per week
• 5:00 AM–1:00 PM or 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
• Rotating Saturday or additional day/weekend coverage may be required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality experience preferred (Dietary, Laundry, Housekeeping, and/or Warehouse).
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working hands-on with staff.
• Ability to work independently while supporting management and department operations.
